Returns & Exchange

Change of heart? We exchange within 7 days of delivery — no questions — provided the saree is unworn and unwashed, with the pallu, border, and anchal intact. The unstitched blouse piece must still be sealed.

How it works

1. Email hello@ponnadhar.com with your order number.
2. Dhaka: we arrange courier pickup. Outside Dhaka: drop at your nearest Pathao point.
3. Your replacement ships within 3 business days of receipt.

What we can’t take back

• Sarees where the fall or pico has already been stitched on.
• Blouse pieces that have been cut, washed, or tailored.
• Custom-ordered or reserved handloom pieces once the weaver has started.

Preorders aren’t refundable once the loom is booked. Sizing exchanges on the accompanying blouse piece are always free.
