Last updated April 2026. These terms govern your use of ponnadhar.com (“we”, “Ponnadhar”). By placing an order you accept them.

Orders & payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Orders are confirmed when we call you within an hour of placement. Preorder items require an advance payment (see shipping page). Cash on delivery is available for in-stock items only.

Exchanges

See our Returns & Exchangepolicy. We don’t offer refunds on used items for hygiene reasons.

Liability

We don’t guarantee uptime, and we won’t be liable for indirect losses. This is a placeholder; a real terms document should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
